Slade Know Who You Are

Slade es una banda británica de glam rock y hard rock formada en 1966 y una de las de mayor éxito comercial durante la primera mitad de los años 70.El grupo procedía de la periferia de Birmingham y varios de sus miembros ya tenían experiencia en otras bandas como The Vendors, The In-Be-Tweens, o Steve Brett & The Mavericks. Comenzaron llamándose Ambrose Slade, para cambiar definitivamente a Slade, nombre con el que alcanzaron la fama en la década de los 70, con composiciones calculadamente horteras y enérgicas actuaciones en vivo.

Este tema esta extraido de su segundo disco de larga duración, "Play it loud" (1970), disco que incluía los singles "Shape of things to come", un tema escrito por Barry Mann y Cintia Weil, y "Know who you are", este de cosecha propia.
