Ahora tenemos la ocasión de visitar la América profunda, gracias al "American Folk Blues Festival" 1962-1966, podemos ahora ver esas actuaciones grabadas en un pequeño estudio de la televisión en Alemania durante las giras Europeas que sirvieron para la popularización del Blues en todo el mundo, mas de 40 años han pasado de esas grabaciones, pero sus imágenes en blanco y negro, afortunadamente, se han conservado con una excelente calidad.
En general todas las actuaciones son en vivo, y que os voy a decir de los artistas que actúan, pues que en su mayoría forman parte de la historia del Blues, artistas como Muddy Waters, Sonny Boy Williamson, Willie Dixon, Junior Wells, Otis Rush, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Otis Spann, Eddie Boyd, Memphis Slim, T-Bone Walker, Sonny Terry y Brownie McGhee, Walter Horton, y Wallace Sippie etc. nos llevan por esos paisajes de America y nos permiten poder gozar de esta música que tanto amamos como es el Blues, filmada con un trabajo de cámara excelente y un sonido impecable, sin duda fantástico !!!
